At de Boer Swim, we are committed to your performance and offer a 30-day return window for all unused gear in its original packaging. Please ensure that wetsuits are handled with care and returned without fingernail tears or signs of open-water use to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold your wetsuit or swim gear and place it in the original shipping box along with all tags and protective inserts.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the gear's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
